The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

There’s no need to hit the bottle. You’re already in the bottle. All you have to do is stay away from the bottle.

When we are not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, we don’t know what to do. It’s easy to say “I’ll just hit the bottle” but that is actually the first thing most of us think about when we’re on autopilot.
Ive been on autopilot for quite some time now. And it sucks. Its the worst feeling in the world. We feel so uninspired, lazy, and stupid. We feel like nothing we do is important or really worth it. We feel like all we have to do is just hit the bottle and get off the island. But when we realize we are on autopilot, we realize what a waste it is to hit the bottle. It’s like hitting the bottle just to drink.
When we’re on autopilot for too long we can no longer feel the time. We can’t feel the time. It’s like we’re on autopilot for too long. But when we reach a point where we can’t really feel the time, we can’t really feel the time anymore.
In our video interview we talked about feeling like we were on autopilot, but when we can’t feel that time anymore, we realize that we’ve been on autopilot for too long. It’s like our feelings of being in the moment have stopped.
When we feel like we’re on autopilot for too long, we can no longer feel what the future is. We can no longer feel how to change our own future, we have to just accept the fate we’ve been in for too long.
This is actually a very common issue – especially in the tech industry. The way our brains process time is actually quite sophisticated, and our brains have been designed to work with time for quite a while. You can think of time as a continuum, and all the time in the world you can think of you are somewhere on that continuum. At any time, you can be in a place where you can be doing something now with no future. This is quite a common problem.
